Recent news: the Myanmar Junta has Killed three more students

Last Friday morning, at least three Myanmar students of the Budalin Students’ Union located in Nyaung-Kan village, Sagaing Region in north-west Myanmar were tortured and killed by the Myanmar junta, according to activist sources.
The region is a hotbed of anti-junta resistance and has been facing a heavy fighting in recent as the region is controlled by the opposition, which the junta is brutally trying to eradicate. The junta raided and burned the offices of the Budalin Students’ Union. According to the local news of Myanmar Now's interview to a member of All Burma Federation of Student Unions (ABFSU), “Their hands were tied behind their backs and they were stabbed in the chest with knives. After they were tortured, they were put to death".
International community must pay more attention to protect and support student activists and pro-democracy movement in Myanmar (Burma).
The three victims were executive committee member of the Budalin Students' Union and their names were: Kyaw Win Thant (President, 18 years), Kyal Sin Nyein Chan (Vice-President, 19 years) and Thuta Nay (Information officer, 19 years).
